Janailah is essentially an empowerment company set up to offer consultancy, training, coaching and mentoring to organisations, professionals and students in the social work, youth work, community development and social welfare arena.

Janailah is committed to public service and to developing people. At the core of our work with people, is a strong commitment to ensuring that each individual is enriched and afforded every possibility to achieve positive change in their lives.

Through the residential arm of the business, Nailah House Services, we provide 24hr residential care to young women age 14 years old and upwards. Extending our support to young people ‘looked after’, Janailah provides a Supported Housing/ Outreach Service to young people 16+ living independently in the community.

Janailah also offers family support to vulnerable young people who are not ‘looked after’.
