Janailah is a limited company managed by a team of Directors and Associates.
Our associates have between them a wealth of experience in the field of social work community work counseling and psychotherapy.

| Proprietor/Registered Manager Profile: |
 Jennifer Lapompe is a qualified social worker and trained manager with over twenty five years experience of developing and managing services in the public, private and voluntary sector. Jenny has worked in public service organisations for many years and has managed services up to senior levels.
An experience trainer and lecturer, Jenny has taught at degree level on the subject of Management in Health and Social Service and has facilitated training programmes across a range of management, social work and social welfare topics. She can also boast a background in youth justice work, probation work, counselling and group work. Her work on the subject of management in Social Services was published by Macmillan’s in 1994.
Through Janailah Ltd, which she found in 1997, Jenny provides a coaching, training and consultancy service to professional and organisation largely in the public service/social welfare sector, assisting them in their professional and service development.
Jenny also offers coaching, training and consultancy to organisation and individuals outside of the social work/ welfare arena.
